We have a pretty fit bunch of employees with many biking to work or ducking out on their lunch hour to fit in a run or a swim. Oh and don’t worry if you walk in and see a bunch of people on the floor, they’re just doing push ups! It’s all part of re-energising in an office environment, with a friendly bit of competition thrown in!
